What we collect and why

We keep your qualification answers, business details, name, contact details, referral information and booked time to assess fit, arrange your call and manage the introduction.

For partners, we also keep account and verification details, referrals, support requests, notification choices and payout information so we can run the referral program. We record accepted actions to maintain the service and count its use.

Who sees it

Our team and the service providers that help us host the site, send messages, manage calls and handle payments. The buyer sees your business information only after we tell you and you agree on the call. A referring partner sees the business name and referral status, never your qualification answers.

Messages

We send messages needed for your call, account verification and referral status. Your partner profile controls optional text updates.

How long we keep it

Unfinished qualification answers are scheduled for removal after 30 days. Completed business, booking, referral and payment records are kept to operate the service and resolve questions about it. Browser storage has the separate durations below.

Storage in your browser

• Qualification progress: local storage lets you return to the questions in the same browser. It remains until you clear it or start again.
• Partner sign in: an essential cookie lasts up to 30 days. Signing out removes it.
• Cookie choices: an essential cookie remembers your choice for 180 days.
• Referral code: only with your choice, a cookie remembers a partner for 90 days. Turning it off removes that cookie. A referral link can still carry its code into the questions you choose to start.
• Staff sign in: a separate essential cookie protects staff access.

Optional visit measurement

With your choice, we count visits to public pages using a fixed page category. We do not include names, contact details, answers, referral codes, query strings or a visitor identifier in these events. They stay in our own service records; no advertising tracker receives them. Server security logs are separate from these optional counts.

Optional storage and visit measurement start off. We honor browser signals that request no tracking. Change your cookie choices at any time.
